Have you tried cooking the filling,Mushroom,Spring Onion,Ginger and Kekap Manis then lightly chopping them in a prosessor and letting it cool. Then putting the mixture in your pot stickers. Gyoza or Dumplings?

That way you they are cooked but are just warming up.

Or to get a More earthy flavor keep the kekap manis out and put the kekap manis in a sauce pan with a hint of chile, ginger, sugar and water and boil it down to a thick GOOEY mixture and squeeze a lemon into it and you can have a sweet and sour sauce .

I'm really glad you liked the recipe. I'll have to add more of my favorites.

There could be hundreds of variations. Some places are great when you can build your own hamburger or chicken burger but they just don't offer enough variations in burger toppings.

I wonder how many variations of burger recipies there are. It would be nice if the burger joints had different offerings on the burger. With my busy work schedule, I end up eating probably too many burgers. I do four mile a day walks to keep the effects of a burger rich diet from showing..... Good site on burgers!

Wonderful! I find that I've been using a lot of sauces lately. It really spices up the usual chicken and rice.

Lynne, I'm with you there. I hate it too because then I usually end up buying stuff that I don't even need.
